Georgios Liaptsis, a Senior Project Leader (Radiography) at TWI, spoke on his involvement with the IMPHORAA project.
As well as mentioning his direct involvement in the project, including technical work on a prototype water pump controller that became part of the IMPHORAA solution, Georgios spoke on the social impact of the project.
He was able to see how people’s lives can be transformed by the work of the IMPHORAA consortium, having himself visited Port Silanguin in The Philippines.
Georgios also spoke on his hopes for more work that would continue to bring positive impacts to the people of Port Silanguin and other areas in the future.
